Returns and Exchanges

Head on over to our return portal, fill out the required fields to apply for a return.

Return Policy: 

We accept unworn clothing in the original condition with, the tags in tact in the original packaging within 30 days of the purchase. We will not accept your return or exchange if there is any make up marks, perfume, body lotion, deodorant, etc, on the clothing. The product must be in the original condition. Please allow for return shipping time, up to 10 business days to process the return at our headquarters and up to 5-10 days for your credit card issuer to accept the return. We do not accept returns on tote bags, masks, gift cards or final sale items (all sales over 15%).

* Please note all sale items without tags are final sale or available for an exchange. 

We carefully monitor returns to identify potential misuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 How do I return or exchange an order?

For your return, please:

  1. Visit our return portal and fill out the required fields
  2. Select the item(s) you want to exchange or return. Quick tip: If you’re returning an item(s), you have the option to return for store credit.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer and close it up carefully with tape.
  4. Drop off your item(s) to the courier on the label.*

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale Items. Otherwise, absolutely. We'll issue you store credit or send out your exchange if inventory is available, and then you can order the item off our site. Please note, our store credit is valid for two years.  

What if my return is past the 30 day window?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received outside of the 30 day period will not be accepted for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer.

Can I return Sale items? 

Sale items cannot be returned.

Can my return be denied?

We have the rights to deny any returns that are damaged or are not in the original state they were received. We will either contact you to figure out a solution or you will be charged a fee of $45 CAD.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then up to 5 - 8 business days for your credit card or original payment method to process it on their end. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
